meimei Hot Sambal Cili

feel like having sambal ikan bilis with plain rice (not coconut milk rice), for healthy concern :P but once in awhile is alright ;)
decided, go buy ingredients at jaya grocer which near my house; all the food, vegetables, meats, fruits and grocery are very fresh and clean there.
from start chopping to end cooking, it took me about 1.5 hours. no rush, steady and enjoy :)

(it's very hot! pls cut down chilli if you can't take HOT!)
INGREDIENTS 材料
(A)
10 shallots 小红葱头
1 onion 大葱头
5 clove garlic 蒜
8 cili padi 指天椒
2 chilli 大辣椒
3 tsp chilli powder 辣椒粉
1 lemongrass 香茅
(B)
280 g pure chilli paste 纯辣椒糊
1 tsp belacan 香辣虾粉
2 tsp turmeric powder 姜黄粉
15g tamarind 酸豆果(Asam)
1 tsp salt 盐
3 tsp sugar 糖

METHOD 方法:
Grind (A) with a food processor. 将(A)用搅拌器搅烂。
Soak the tamarind in water. Drain the pulp and save the tamarind juice. 酸豆果泡水取汁。
Fry (A) until fragrant. 将(A)煮至香味四溢。
Add (B). 加入(B)。
Simmer on low heat until the gravy thicken. 文火慢煮至浓稠即可。
