Homecook Rum & Raisin Chocolate
心血来潮加异想天开的劲势,买了‘兰姆酒’,买了葡萄干,买了烹饪巧克力--黑的和白的,就傻傻的做起自制‘兰姆酒葡萄巧克力’来了,好样的!结果是⋯⋯有点甜,不该放白巧克力的;这是大众口味,我是吃习惯五十巴仙纯度以上的黑巧克力的。下回就不放白巧克力了,多点酒,加点可可粉,再试试吧!
