Apple

One of nature's best antioxidants and a friend to anyone who wants healthy hair and skin. It contain abundant amounts of collagen and elastin, both great for youthful skin. Apples also work as the perfect ingredient to tone tired and stressed-out skin.

Lime

Lime has several benefits with regards to skin care. It revitalizes the skin, guards it against infections, keeps it glowing and also lessens body odor because of the presence of flavonoids and vitamin C, which are both excellent disinfectants and anti-biotic. When used externally on the skin, acids present in lime cleanse the skin and removed dead cells.

种了好多年的芦荟，偶尔会拿来煮糖水吃。现在学做手工皂后，我的芦荟又多了个很好的用途。大家都知道芦荟对龟裂干燥肌肤很有效用，除此之外，它还对冻伤，烫伤，蚊虫咬伤，水泡，敏感等症状很有帮助。它还有能让肌肤柔嫩光滑年轻，预防老化，淡化黑斑等等等好处，这芦荟可真是妙植物，好宝贝！

Aloe Vera

The gel of this plant has many amazing benefits. Aloe Vera is used in many skin care products because of its ability to stimulate healthy cell growth and repair damaged tissues. Aloe vera is beneficial for cracked and dry skin. It make the skin smooth and glowing. Aloe vera acts as a natural barrier and shields our skin from dangerous toxins and is helpful for frostbite, burns, insect bites, blisters and allergic reactions. Aloe vera is useful for preventing the aging of the skin. It nourishes the skin and tissues with body-loving nutrients such as vitamin E and C, also lightens dark spots on the face and reduces the intensity of pigmentation.

参考许多手工皂达人的作品，原来眼见平常的材料就能入皂，这让我忍不住跃跃欲试。

新鲜的蔬果，花草，把他们都入皂该有多美妙呀！清新淡雅的香气，温馨舒服的感觉。也许那香气不及化学香料，但没有额外添加化学物的困扰，让人使用得更安心舒适。

从简单的做起吧。手边最容易得到的材料－－苹果。

苹果肉桂，圣诞气氛满满！颜色效果也不赖，开心 :)
