从祖母到妈妈到自己，大家都曾经受益于米水的好处。记得青春期时，满脸豆豆，脸总是油油红红脏脏的，怎么洗都一样，最后妈妈出了绝招，每次煲饭洗米就把米水留起来要我用来洗脸。就这么环保简单，过了一段日子，我混合性的麻烦脸终于好很多了。
小时候像男孩子般玩耍，跑步，篮球，田径，晒得像炭一样黑。没有天生丽质的皮肤，后天又不懂得照顾，我满脸的粗毛孔就因此种下了祸根。唉！后来爱美了，会花钱护肤，基本的，中价的，高价的，能力之内能花的就花，得到的结论是，广告很能洗脑！
